SENIOR PROJECTS MANAGER

Eben Sekou has hands-on experience in construction Management, Quantity Surveying & Construction Technology. He has worked and managed competitive and Challenging projects and implemented them successfully with much efficiency and quality. He brings an outstanding record for ensuring projects are delivered with required quality on time and within budgets.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Esben is highly skilled professional with expertise in:

Construction management & Quantity Surveying
Project controls & project resources Management
Budgeting/ cost estimates & cost control
Project engineering, QA/QC & general site Management

Subcontractor management & crew supervision
Planning & scheduling
Changes order management
General site safety & compliance Management

Site decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.

He highly skilled in MS Projects, Excels, Word, PowerPoints and AutoCAD/ Revit, some of the major projects he has executed and positions held are;

Construction and equipping of 2No: 100 -Bed Trauma Hospital in Obuasi- Ashanti Region and Anyinam-Eastern Region(2021-Date) -Ongoing.
Construction and equipping of 40 – Bed Maternity Hospitals at Enyiresi – Eastern region (2021-Date ) - Ongoing.
Construction and equipping of The Bank Hospital at Cantonments, Accra-Client-Bank of Ghana - (December 2014- June, 2018)- Completed.
Construction and equipping of 4-storey imaging and Renal Centre at cantonments, Accra: Client - Bank of Ghana- (July 2018 – Jan, 2020) – Completed
